Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties. 2.

This writ petition involves the following prayer: "It is therefore prayed that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to allow this Writ application and issue notice to the Opp. Parties as Writ/Writs in certiorari/mandamus and issue a direction to the opp.Parties to release the amount within a stipulated period of a time for the better interest of justice. And for which act of kindness, the petitioners shall as in duty bound everr pray."

Looking to the limited request involved herein and as this Court finds the representation at the instance of the petitioners on the self same issue vide Annexure-5 is pending consideration, without expressing any opinion on the merit of the case, this Court disposes of the writ petition directing the opposite party no.3 to look into the grievance of the petitioners vide Annexure-5 and take decision, as appropriate, taking into consideration the plea taken in the writ

petition within a period of six weeks from the date of communication of a copy of this order along with copy of the writ petition by the petitioners.
