Mr. S.N. Sahoo, learned counsel contended that though he has filed vakalatnama to appear on behalf of the petitioner, but he has not obtained the consent from the previous counsel. Therefore, he prays that their name may be deleted from the cause list. 3.

Mr. T.K. Biswal, learned counsel for the petitioner contended that he has no instruction in this matter, however, the writ petition may be disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the authority concerned if any cause of action still survives. 4.
