The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to the opposite parties to consider his case for regular absorption under work charged establishment in view of the benefit given to other similarly situated person, namely, Bishnu Prasad Sarangi and Ramakanta Nanda, as per Annexures-6 and 7.

In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner has already made representation before opposite party no.5 vide Annexure-9, and the same may be directed to be disposed of within a stipulated time taking into consideration the order dated 09.09.2021 passed in W.P.(C) No. 19951 of 2020 and the order dated 29.04.2021 passed by the Executive Engineer, R.W. Division, Dhenkanal, to which learned State Counsel has raised no objection.

As agreed by learned counsel for the parties, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this writ
petition stands disposed of directing opposite party no.5 to consider the representation filed by the petitioner under Annexure-9 taking into consideration the order dated 09.09.2021 passed in W.P.(C) No. 19951 of 2020 and the order dated 29.04.2021 passed by the Executive Engineer, R.W. Division, Dhenkanal, and pass a reasoned and speaking order as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of the certified copy of this order.
Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
