Petitioner, this Court directs the Opposite Party No.2 to conclude the proceeding vide OLR Case No.18/2022 involving all the parties concerned, within a period of two months from the date of communication of a certified copy of this order by the Petitioner, but however, after involving the report called for from the competent authority.
