This writ petition involves the following prayer:- "Under the above circumstance, it is humbly prayed by the Petitioner that this Hon'ble court may graciously be pleased to Admit, issue notice to the Opp. Partis and after hearing both the parties may be pleased to issued direction to the opp.parties more particulary the Opp.party.no-2 for consideration of the said representation of the petitioner under Annexure-3 and to pass order as per law for the interest of justice, equity and fair play.
AND Further be pleased to pass any other order(s), direction(s) as deem fit and proper." 2.
Considering the submissions made by the parties and as a representation at the instance of the Petitioner on the selfsame issue is still pending before the Opposite Party No.2, this Court directs the Opposite Party No.2 to consider the representation at the instance of the Petitioner vide Annexure-3 and take a lawful decision in the
// 2 // matter taking into account the grounds stated in this writ petition so also the documents appended thereto.

The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of one & half months from the date of communication of an authenticated copy of this order along with a copy of the Writ Petition by the Petitioner. Result of such exercise shall also be communicated to the Petitioner.
