Heard the submission of Mr. S.P. Sarangi, learned counsel for Order No.

Petitioner and Mr. S.P. Panda, learned Addl. Govt. Adv. for the StateOpposite Parties. 2.

Perused the impugned order. From the impugned order it clearly discloses that disposal of land dispute without involving the Petitioner as clearly borne out from Annexure-5. It is only on this ground, this Court interferes in the order dated 22.12.2013 vide Annexure-5 and sets aside the same for fresh consideration. The Petitioner is directed to appear before the Competent Authority, Opposite Party No.5 with his objection within a period of ten days and get the date of hearing. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of two months from the date of communication of a certified copy of this order by the Petitioner.
