It is agreed by learned counsel for the parties that the issue involved in this case is analogous to WPC (OAC) No. 1074 of 2017 (Niranjan Das & Ors. V. State of Odisha & Ors.) and WPC (OAC) No. 1956 of 2017 (Bijay Kumar Sahoo & Ors. V. State of Odisha & Ors.), which have been disposed of vide common judgment dated 07.10.2021 by this Court.

Therefore, in view of the detailed reasons stated in the judgment dated 07.10.2021 passed in Niranjan Das and Bijay Kumar Sahoo, this writ petition stands disposed of in terms of the said judgment.
