This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State.

The petitioner, in this CRLMP, seeks a direction from this Court to the opposite parties to register the complaint of the petitioner as F.I.R, investigate the matter properly and provide police protection to the petitioner and his family members to enter into their business premises.

In such view of the matter, the Inspector in Charge, Baidyanathpur Police Station, Berhampur is register the
// 2 // complaint filed by the petitioner as F.I.R. within a period of seven days of presentation of this order and make proper investigation. It is also directed that the occupation of the hotel premises of the present petitioner should also be duly vacated subject to the fact that the said premises is in the name of the present petitioner.

The CRLMP is accordingly disposed of.

Issue urgent certified copy of this order on proper application.
