None appears for the petitioner at the time of call. Heard Mr. S.B. Jena, learned counsel appearing for Opposite Party No.1 and Mr. A.K. Mishra, learned Additional Government Advocate appearing for opposite party no.2. Perused the record. 3.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to the opposite parties to correct the form by ignoring technicality and publish the result of the petitioner and appoint the petitioner against the 11 vacant post meant for ex-serviceman, if he comes out successful.

Mr. A.K. Mishra, learned Additional Government Advocate for the State contended that the petitioner has made a vague prayer before this Court and as such, any correction is not permissible, more so, in anticipation of getting a job against 11 vacant post meant for ex-servicemen, he could not have approached this court in the present writ petition.

Mr. S.B.Jena, learned counsel appearing for opposite party no.1 contended that the petitioner has not paid the fees and,

therefore, his application was rejected.

Considering the contentions raised by the learned counsel for the parties and after going through the record, it appears that since the petitioner has not paid the fees as required for consideration of his application, his application has been rejected. In that view of the matter the question of allowing the petitioner to correct the form by ignoring technicality and publication of his result thereof, does not arise.

In view of the above, the writ petition merits no consideration and the same stands dismissed.
