Heard Mr. B.S. Tripathy, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. S. Jena, learned Standing Counsel for School & Mass Education Department.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking to quash the order of suspension dated 03.09.2018 under Annexure-8 and to direct the opposite parties to reinstate him into her service. 4.

Mr. Jena, learned Standing Counsel for School & Mass Education Department contended that the petitioner has already been reinstated in service and therefore, the prayer made in this writ petition is no more subsists.

Mr. Tripathy, learned counsel for the petitioner contended that there are other grievances of the petitioner which are not extended to the petitioner.

In view of the above, the writ petition stands disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to pursue her other remedies before the appropriate authority by filing representation. Arun (DR. B.R. SARANGI, J.)
