This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Video Conferencing/Physical Mode).

Heard Mr. P.K. Mohapatra, learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner and Mr. B. Mohanty, leaned Standing Counsel for School and Mass Education Department.

The limited grievance of the Petitioner in the present writ petition is that the representation dated 17.08.2021 under Annexure-3 submitted by him before the Chairman, Council of Higher Secondary Education, Odisha, Bhubaneswar is pending and as of now no action has been taken on such representation. The Petitioner seeks for a direction to the Opposite Party No.1 to consider and dispose of the representation of the Petitioner in accordance with law. 4.

In such view of the matter, the Opposite Party No.1 is directed to consider and dispose of the representation dated 17.08.2021 of the Petitioner under Annexure-3, if any, filed by the Petitioner within a

// 2 // period of four weeks from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.

It is made clear that the Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.

The writ petition is disposed of.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
