The present Contempt Petition has been filed for the alleged violation of the order dated 14th October, 2019 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No.8396 of 2019 directing the Opposite Party No.15 to release the dues of the present petitioner.

We find due to the non-attachment of the complete order, it cannot be deduced as to who were the parties to whom the directions were issued. 3.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for permission to withdraw the present Contempt Petition with liberty to file a fresh one with complete and better particulars.

In view of the above, the present Contempt Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with the
