Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The Petitioner is an accused in G.R. Case No. 782 of 2020, on the file of learned J.M.F.C., Aska arising out of Aska P.S. Case No. 431 of 2020, under Sections 498-A/302/304(B)/34 of the I.P.C., read with Sec. 4 of the D.P. Act. 4.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of his application for bail U/s. 439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Aska, by order dated 11.11.2020, in BLAPL No. 414 of 2020 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed. 5.

It is stated that the Petitioner is in custody since 1.09.2020

Taking into account that the Petitioner is a lady and have a child aged about one year and the period of detention, this Court directs that the Petitioner shall be released on bail on such terms and conditions to be fixed by the court in seisin of the matter. 7.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
