Considering the prayer made in the writ petition, the Petitioner is permitted to make individual representation before Opposite Party No.1Commissioner-cum-Secretary, Department of Revenue & Disaster Management, Odisha, Secretariat Building, Bhubaneswar.

It is observed that if such representation is filed within a period of three weeks hence, the said Opposite Party shall do well to take a lawful decision on the same within a period of three months from the date of receipt of such representation and communicate the result thereof within that time.
