It is strange to observe that R.P. Case No.1017 of 2016 renumbered as R.P. Case No.1753 of 2022 is still pending. Considering the serious allegation and long pendency involving such proceeding, the authority in assignment is directed to complete such exercise at least within a period of three months from the date of communication of certified copy of this order by the Petitioner. 3.
The Writ Petition stands disposed of.
