In view of the quantity of contraband 'Ganja' recovered being beyond permissible limited. This Court is not inclined to grant the bail application of the petitioner. The learned Court below in seisin of the matter will do well to expedite the trial.

It would be open to the petitioner to move this Court at later stage, if so advised.

The BLAPL thus stands dismissed.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted as per rule.
