The Petitioner has filed this writ petition praying for a direction to the Opposite Party No.2-Regional Chief Conservator of Forest, Berhampur Circle, Berhampur to dispose of his appeal dated 23.02.2019 under Annexure-5 within a stipulated period of time. 4.

Considering the limited grievance of the petitioner, this Court disposes of the writ petition with a direction to the Opposite Party No.2-Regional Chief Conservator of Forest, Berhampur Circle, Berhampur to dispose of the appeal of the Petitioner dated 23.02.2019 under Annexure-5 within four months of receipt of
