This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State. 3.

The present petitioners seek a direction to the Opposite Parties to provide protection to them (Licensee Photographers) within the Sun Temple Konark, like other world heritage monuments and seeking a direction to the Opposite Parties No.2 and 4 for registration of F.I.R. filed by the Petitioners vide Report dated 08.11.2022 before the Konark Police Station, and the same F.I.R has not yet been registered by the I.I.C., Konark Police Station.

In such view of the matter, the petitioners are directed to approach the IIC, Konark Police Station along with the fresh complaint and copy of this order within a period of fifteen days from today and the said I.I.C is directed to register the F.I.R. and diligently investigate the matter and file the final report within two months from the date of registration of the F.I.R.

Accordingly, the CRLMP is disposed of.

Issue urgent certified copy of this order on proper application.
