1. The Petitioners' representation dated 7th October, 2022 shall be examined by the Collector, Balasore (Opposite Party No.2) and after issuing notice to the Petitioners and giving them a hearing, the Collector, Balasore (Opposite Party No.2) shall pass a reasoned order thereon not later than 6th March, 2023 and copy of such order shall be made available to the petitioners within a week thereafter. The Court clarifies that it has not expressed any view in the matter.
