Heard learned counsel for the respective parties. 2.
Instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is filed by the petitioner for a direction to dispose of the proceeding in 1CC Case No.2725 of 2018 pending in the court of learned J.M.F.C., Bhubaneswar within a stipulated period of time. 3.
Perused the certified copy of the order sheets under Annexure-1 and copy of the order dated 8th February, 2022 as at Annexure-2.

Leaned counsel for the petitioner submits that there has been no progress in the proceeding pending in the court of learned J.M.F.C., Bhubaneswar in 1CC No.2725 of 2018 as the accused is not cooperating and hence the delay and for that, the concerned court should be directed to expedite the hearing of the case and ensure its completion at the earliest.

Considering the limited prayer of the petitioner, the CRLMC stands disposed of with a direction to Ms. S. Mishra, the
learned J.M.F.C., Bhubaneswar to speed up the hearing of the proceeding in I.C.C. No.2725 of 2018 and ensure its disposal preferably within a period of four months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order unless there is any legal impediment. 6.
