This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking to quash the decision/notice dated 26.02.2019 issued by opposite party no.2 in not allowing the petitioner to engage in the post of Matron on the ground of sub-judice and further seeks to quash the order dated 13.02.2018. She further seeks direction to opposite party no.3 to disburse the arrear dues and regularize her service in the post of Matron from the initial date of appointment.

In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner states that highlighting the grievances, the petitioner has made representation to the opposite party no.2 vide Annexure-8 and the same may be directed to be disposed of within a stipulated time, to which learned State Counsel has raised no objection.

As agreed to by learned counsel for the parties, however, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this writ petition stands disposed of directing opposite party no.2 to consider the representation filed by the petitioner vide Annexure-8, and pass appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of production/communication of certified copy of this order.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
