1. Heard learned counsels for the Petitioners and the State.

2. By means of this application, the Petitioners seek grant of anticipatory bail under Section 438, Cr.P.C. in apprehension of arrest for their alleged involvement in the offences under Sections 341/294/506/34, I.P.C. in connection with Gurudijhatia P.S. Case No.161 of 2022 corresponding to C.T. Case No.627 of 2022 pending in the court of learned S.D.J.M., Athagarh.

3. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the allegations and the offence alleged, it being based on a trifle issue, there is no such material that requires intervention by this Court in anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail stands rejected and the ABLAPL is disposed of.
