The matter is taken up through hybrid mode.
2. Heard Mr. R. Mohanty, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. J.P. Pattnaik, learned Government Advocate appearing for the State-opposite parties.
3. The petitioner has filed this review petition to review of the order dated 10.01.2019 passed in O.A. No.2659 of 2014, by which the Odisha Administrative Tribunal, Bhubaneswar has dismissed the said O.A.
4. Mr. R. Mohanty, learned counsel for the petitioner contended that the while the petitioner was working as GPTA faced the order of disengagement because of allegation with regard to irregularities committed in the MGNREGA works and defalcation of Rs.98,09,710/-, which was subsequently enhanced to Rs.1,13,44,240/-. Therefore, the petitioner had approached the Tribunal by filing O.A. No.2659 of 2014. As such, the petitioner is not involved in any of the allegations. Thereby, he has approached this
Court by filing this review petition for reviewing of the order passed by the Tribunal.
5. Mr. J.P. Pattnaik, learned Government Advocate appearing for the State-opposite parties contended that since there were allegations against the petitioner and on enquiry he was found guilty, he was disengaged from service. Thereby, the Tribunal has not committed any error dismissing the O.A. filed by the petitioner and the said order may not be reviewed.
6. In that view of the matter, this Court does not find any ground to review the order dated 10.01.2019 passed by the Odisha Administrative Tribunal, Bhubaneswar in O.A. No.2659 of 2014. Accordingly, the RVWPET (RP) is dismissed.
