Instant I.A. is filed by the petitioner for extension of time to surrender before the learned court below in compliance of the Court's order dated 5th December, 2022 CRLMC No. 3587 of 2023 on the grounds stated therein.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner's mother died in the meantime and therefore, he was not able to comply the Court's order dated 5th December, 2022 and hence, seeking for extension of time for him to surrender before the court of learned SDJM, Karanjia.

Objection of the State is received.

However, for the reason stated therein, I.A. stands allowed.

Consequently, the petitioner is allowed to surrender before the court of learned SDJM, Karanjia on or before 31st July, 2023 in connection with G.R. Case No. 270 of 2013 in compliance of

the Court's direction dated 5th December, 2022 in CRLMC No. 3587 of 2023. It is made clear that no further extension shall be allowed in future.

The rest part of the order shall remain unaltered. 7.

I.A. is accordingly disposed of.
