The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking to quash the impugned orders denying financial up-gradations under 2nd and 3rd RACP on completion of 20 and 30 years of service with effect from 01.01.2013 and to issue direction to the opposite parties to grant the benefit to the petitioner w.e.f. 01.01.2013 along with arrear salary within a stipulated time. 3.
In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner has already made representation before opposite party no.2 vide Annexure-11, and the same may be directed to be disposed of within a stipulated time taking into consideration the order dated 30.07.2018 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No. 8880 of 2018 (Principal Secretary, Forest and Environment Department and others v. Ananta Gopal Pattnayak and another) within a stipulated time, to which learned State Counsel has raised no objection. 4.
As agreed by learned counsel for the parties, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this writ petition stands disposed of directing opposite party no.2 to consider the representation filed by the petitioner under Annexure-11 taking into consideration the order dated 30.07.2018 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No. 8880 of 2018 (Principal Secretary, Forest and
Environment Department and others v. Ananta Gopal Pattnayak and another) by passing a reasoned and speaking order as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of the certified copy of this order.
