Mr. Dash, learned advocate appears on behalf of applicant, who Order No.

was writ petitioner. The writ petition was disposed of by order dated 3rd January, 2022. He submits, by inadvertence there was typographical error in cause title of the petition. The application is prayer for amendment of the cause title.

There is no necessity for direction on issuance of notice. The amendment as prayed for is allowed. It be made in Court and counter signed by Court Master.

The application is disposed of.

I.A. no.1353 of 2022 carries the same prayer as I.A. no. 2876 of 2022 and it is also disposed of.
