Heard learned counsel for Petitioner and learned counsel for the State-Opposite Parties.

The present Writ Petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "(i) This Hon'ble Tribunal may kindly consider the fact and circumstances of the case.

(ii) This Hon'ble Tribunal may kindly be quashed the Order No.1350/R.O.(B.N) 23.10.2013 under Annexure-2.

(iii) This Hon'ble Tribunal may kindly be direct to the respondents to restore and regularize the service of the applicant for the interest of Justice.

(iv) Pass such order/orders, direction/directions as may be deem fit and proper giving complete justice to the applicant".

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that through highlighting his grievances, the Petitioner has filed a representation at Annexure-5 to the Writ Petition, before the opposite party No.2 but till date nothing has been done in the matter. In such background, he prays that a

// 2 // direction be issued to opposite party No.2 to take a decision on the above noted petition within a specific time period. 5.

Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs opposite party No.2 to take a decision on the above noted petition within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order and communicate the result of such exercise to the petitioner. 6.

With the aforesaid observation and direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
