This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

The Petitioner in this writ petition seeks to assail the order dated 27th January, 2020 passed by the Tahasildar, Gop in Mutation Case No. 2945 of 2019.

In course of hearing, Mr. Mohanty, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the impugned order is appealable one. Hence, he prays for withdrawal of the writ petition to avail the statutory remedy under Rule 42 of the Odisha Survey and Settlement Rules, 1962.

Considering the submission made by learned counsel for the Petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn. 5.

Certified copy of the impugned order shall be returned to the learned counsel for the Petitioner on substitution of attested photocopy thereof.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
