Petitioner in this RPFAM seeks to assail the order dated 26th August, 2021 (Annexure-2) passed in Cr.P No.37 of 2019, whereby learned Judge, Family Court, Jagatsinghpur has directed the Petitioner to pay monthly maintenance of Rs.7,000/- to Opposite Party No.1 and Rs.4,000/- to Opposite Party No.2 from the date of application, i.e., 25th May, 2019. 4.

Since none appears for the Petitioner to pursue the matter, the RPFAM stands dismissed for non-prosecution. 5.

Interim order dated 30th November, 2021 passed in IA No.210 of 2021 stands vacated.
