This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement (virtual/physical) mode.

This an application for modification of order dated 27.06.2022 passed in I.A. No.648 of 2022 of ABLAPL No.16397 of 2020.

Upon hearing learned Counsel for the Petitioner and on going through the averments taken in the Petition as also the earlier dated 27.06.2022 passed in I.A. No.648 of 2022 of ABLAPL No.8526 of 2018, this application is found to be having no merit.

The I.A. is accordingly dismissed.

In view of the above, the period fixed for surrender of the Petitioner before the Court in seisin of the case is hereby extended by two weeks more with effect from today. Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
