Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the Opposite Parties.

The Petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition with the following prayer:- "(i) Pay consequential relief i.e. salary from 29.07.2016 to 05.03.2017 be allowed".

Considering the submission made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the Petitioner is directed to make a fresh representation before the Opposite Party No.2 by enclosing all the relevant documents and citations in support of his claim, if any, within a period of three weeks hence.

It is observed that if such a representation is filed within the aforesaid period, the Opposite Party No.2 shall do well to dispose of the representation within a period of three months. The decision so taken by the Opposite Party No.1 be communicated to the Petitioner within that time.

It is however observed that the opposite party No.2 while considering the claim of the petitioner shall take into consideration the relevancy of order dated 17.07.2006 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) Nos.6807 and 6808 of 2006.

It is further observed that if it is ultimately found that the petitioner is entitled to get the salary for the period under claim, the same shall also be released within a further period two months from the date of such order. 8.
With the aforesaid observations and directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
