1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State.

3. Prayer for modification of the order dated 15th March, 2022 has been made on the ground that because of financial stringency, the Petitioner is unable to deposit the monthly instalment though he has already deposited four instalments so far. However, he undertakes to pay the remaining instalments, as directed, if some time is granted to him.

4. Considering the submissions and the grounds urged, I am inclined to take lenient view in the matter. It is directed that the remaining 8 monthly installments as directed by this Court by order dated 15th March, 2022 out of Rs.26,54,534/- shall be paid from January, 2023. It is made clear that no further liberty shall be granted to the Petitioner.

5. The I.A. is disposed of.

6. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
