Heard Mr. B. Parida, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. S. Choudhury, learned counsel for opposite party No.1. 3.

During course of hearing, Mr. Parida wants to withdraw this application as both petitioner and opposite party No.1 want to go for conciliation before the learned Judge, Family Court, Jagatsinghpur. Accordingly, both the counsels prays that a direction be issued to the learned Judge, Family Court, Jagatsinghpur for expeditious holding of conciliation proceeding. 4.

Considering the submission made, this CRLMP is disposed of as withdrawn with a direction to the learned Judge, Family Court, Jagatsinghpur to take up the conciliation matter as expeditiously as possible.
