None appears on behalf of the Petitioner at the time of call. 2.
This Writ Petition involves the following prayer:- "It is therefore prayed that your Lordship may graciously be pleased to admit the writ petition and (a) issue a direction to the opp. parties to take a decision on the representations of the petitioner at annexure 2(a) and 2(b) pending before them within a stipulated time.
(b) And pass any other order/order(s), writ/writs(s) as deemed fit and proper in the circumstances of the case by this Hon'ble Court may deem just and proper in favour of the Petitioner for ends of justice."

Considering the averments made in this Writ Petition and as this Court finds, on the selfsame issue the Petitioner has already made a representation to the Collector, Kendrapara-O.P. No.1 vide Annexures-2(a) & 2(b), this Court directs, in the event the representation at the instance of the Petitioner vide Annexures-2(a)
// 2 // & 2(b) are still pending, the same are directed to be disposed of within a period of two months from the date of communication of a certified copy of this order along with a copy of the writ petition by the Petitioner, but however, involving the parties likely to be affected.
