Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State.

The petitioner is in custody since 17.04.2021 in connection with Mangalabag P.S. Case No.101 of 2021 corresponding to G.R. Case No.526 of 2021 pending in the Court of learned J.M.F.C.(City), Cuttack for the alleged commission of offence under Section 224/328/120-B/223 of IPC.

Considering the submissions made, the materials on record, the period of detention has already undergone, fact of submission of charge sheet coupled with the fact that several co-accused persons have already been released on bail as per the order passed by this Court in BLAPL Nos. 4856 of 2021 and 4859 of 2021, I am inclined to allow the prayer for bail. Let the petitioner be released on bail on such terms and conditions as the court in seisin over the matter may deem fit and proper to impose including the condition that he shall personally appear before the trial Court on each date of posting of the case, failing which it

shall be open to the trial Court to pass such adverse order as it may deem fit and proper.

BLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
