It is agreed by learned counsel for the parties that the issue involved in this Writ Petition is analogous to WPC (OAC) No. 1074 of 2017 (Niranjan Das v. State of Odisha and others) disposed of on 07.10.2021 and judgment of this Court in the case of Anand Dash v. State of Odisha, 2014 ILR-CUT-459.

Therefore, in view of the reasons stated in the judgment dated 07.10.2021 passed in WPC (OAC) No. 1074 of 2017 (Niranjan Das v. State of Odisha and others) and Anand Dash v. State of Odisha, 2014 ILR-CUT-459, this Writ Petition stands disposed of in terms of the said Judgments.
