1. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and the State.

2. Learned counsel for the State submits that no FIR has yet been registered against the present Petitioners.

3. It is submitted by learned counsel for the Petitioners that the investigating agency was supposed to adhere to the decision of the Apex Court in the matter of Arnesh Kumar v. State of Bihar report in (2014) 8 SCC 27, which is apparently has not been taken care of.
