This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical Mode).

During course of hearing, learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this bail application with liberty to renew his prayer at a later stage.

In such view of the matter, the bail application is disposed of as withdrawn. However, this Court directs the learned Addl. Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Koraput to make an endeavor to expedite the trial in T.R. Case No.24 of 2021 corresponding to Semilliguda P.S. Case No.27 of 2021, and conclude the trial as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four months from the date of this order. In the event, trial has not been completed within the aforesaid stipulated time, it is open for the Petitioner to renew his prayer for bail and file fresh application accordingly. In such event, the learned trial court shall consider the prayer for bail of the Petitioner in accordance with law on its own merit.
