Mr. Acharya, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioners. He submits, his clients are all minors, who have filed this petition supported by affidavit of the father. There were made applications for issue of social status certificates to them. Their father has caste certificate issued to him in year 1998. He prays for direction upon opposite party no.2 for issuance of the caste certificates. 2.

Mr. Sharma, learned advocate, Additional Government Advocate appears on behalf of State and submits, the applications will be duly dealt with.

Opposite party no.2 is directed to deal with the applications, receipts of which stands acknowledged on 6th May, 2022 (annexure-1 series). Petitioners, through their father will communicate this order

// 2 // along with copies of the acknowledgements to said opposite party, who will either issue the caste certificates or inform reasons for rejection of the applications, within three weeks therefrom. 4.

The writ petition is disposed of.
