1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. This is an application for modification of the order dated 27.07.2022 passed in W.P. (C) No. 37102 of 2021.

3. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and learned Standing Counsel for the State.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that because of the non-quashing of the impugned orders dated 06.11.2021, 08.11.2021 and 17.11.2021 under Annexure-5, 6 and 7 respectively, the petitioner is facing problem in raising the issue involved in the matter afresh with necessary documents as the matter has been remitted back to the authority concerned.

5. Accordingly, the Annexure-5, 6 & 7 are set aside.

6. In such view of the matter, it is made clear that the Board is given free hand to conduct inspection with respect to quality of education imparted to the students and other infrastructural requirements of the school within a period of three months.

7. This order shall be read as a part of this original order. All other parts of the original order shall remain unaltered.
