This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

This Interlocutory Application has been filed at the instance of Opposite Party No.3 for modification of the order dated 28.11.2022.

It is submitted by Mr.Mishra, learned counsel appearing for Opposite Party No.3 that the competent authority to take a decision in the matter is Opposite Party No.2 and not Opposite Party No.1.

Considering such submission, the direction contained in Paragraph-5 of the order dated 28.11.2022 is modified to the extent that in place of Opposite Party No.1 as has been stated in 4th line of Paragraph-5 be replaced by Opposite Party No.2. Rest part of the order dated 28.11.2022 shall

In view of the aforesaid modification, time to take the decision is extended for a period of four weeks from today. 6.

With the aforesaid modification the I.A. stands disposed of.
