This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Heard Mr.Roy, learned counsel for the Petitioners. 3.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the Petitioners that he does not want to press the revision application with liberty to approach the trial court again to file a fresh application taking therein all the grounds available to him and in the event such an application is filed under the provisions of Order 23 of the Code of Civil Procedure, the same shall be considered in accordance with law, within a stipulated period of time.

Considering such submission, the CRP is permitted to be withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.

In such view of the matter, learned trial court shall consider and dispose of the application if the same is filed within two weeks from today, within a period of two months from the date of filing such application.
