Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner states that highlighting the grievances, the petitioner has filed appeal bearing O.P.L.E. Appeal No.01 of 2021 before the Sub-Collector, Chatrapur vide Annexure-1 and the same may be directed to be considered within a stipulated time. 4.

Considering the limited grievance of the petitioner, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, disposes of the contempt petition directing the SubCollector, Chatrapur to consider the appeal filed by the petitioner vide Annexure-1 and pass appropriate order in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of four months from the date of production of certified copy this order.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
