Heard Mr. U.R. Jena, learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to the opposite parties to issue dispatch permission of size iron ore, lumps and fines lying in the premises of United Enterprises (Crusher Plant) at Banspani, Joda. 5.

As it appears the petitioner has made a grievance under Annexure-7 on 24.11.2020, however till date the matter has not been pursued. The subsequent developments taken place in the meantime is not known, either to the petitioner or to the opposite party-state. 6.

In view of the above, this writ petition stands disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to pursue his remedy before the appropriate authority, if any cause of action still subsists.
