Learned counsel for the petitioner files certified copy of the surrender certificate showing surrender of the petitioner to custody before the Court on 27.01.2022, the same be kept on record along with certified copy of the final form filed by the petitioner in Court today.

The allegation against the petitioner is that he molested the victim, who was his student. The victim has vividly described the occurrence in her statement recorded under Section 164 of Cr.P.C.. 5.
Considering the nature of accusations and the availability of materials prima facie in support thereof, I am not inclined to allow the prayer for bail, which is therefore, rejected. It is however open to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail after examination of the victim during trial.

BLAPL is accordingly rejected.
