It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the order dated 29.08.2022 in WPC(OAC) No.4533 of 2014 passed by this Court has already been complied with.

In such view of the submission, the Contempt Petition stands dropped.

The Petitioner is at liberty to file appropriate application in the event any cause of action still survives.
