This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard Mr. S. Roy, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. S. Nayak, learned Additional Standing Counsel appearing for the State-Opposite Parties.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking to quash the order dated 01.09.2015 passed by opposite party no.1 under Annexure-7 and to issue direction to the opposite parties to extend the financial benefit w.e.f. 01.03.2009 within a stipulated time. 4.

Mr. S. Roy, learned counsel for the petitioner contended that similar matter had come up for consideration before the tribunal in O.A. No. 3261 (C) of 2014 and batch (Maheswar Rout v. State of Orissa and others), which was disposed of vide order dated 25.04.2017. Challenging the said order, State has preferred writ petition bearing W.P.(C) No.23222 of 2017, which was dismissed by this Court vide order dated 18.05.2018. Challenging the order passed by this Court though State preferred appeal bearing SLP (C) Dairy No. 11066 of 2020, the same was also dismissed vide order dated 21.07.2020, affirming the order passed by this Court. Therefore, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present writ

petition and, as such, this writ petition may be disposed of in terms of the aforesaid orders.

Mr. S. Nayak, learned Additional Standing Counsel appearing for the State-Opposite Parties states that since this question has already been decided by the apex Court, the writ petition may be disposed of in terms of the said order. 6.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties, after going through the records and on agreement between the parties, this writ petition stands disposed of in terms of the order dated 25.04.2017 passed by the tribunal in O.A. No. 3261 (C) of 2014 and batch (Maheswar Rout v. State of Orissa and others), which has already been affirmed by this Court in W.P.(C) No.23222 of 2017 vide order dated 18.05.2018 and also by the apex Court in SLP (C) Dairy No. 11066 of 2020 vide order dated 21.07.2020.
