This matter is taken up through Videoconferencing mode.

None appears for the Petitioner at the time of call. 3.
Petitioner in this CONTC alleges non-compliance of order dated 19th May, 2020 passed in W.P.(C) No.12244 of 2020 in which, this Court directed the Tahasildar, Darpan to consider and decide the application of the Petitioner dated 8th May, 2020 within a period of three months from the date, copy of the said produced before him, after giving due notice and opportunity of hearing to Opposite Party Nos. 4 to 6 therein. 4.
Tahasildar, Darpan has filed compliance affidavit dated 6th January, 2022 stating as follows:- "3.
That it is humbly submitted that the Tahasildar, Darpan vide letter No.5021 dated 17.12.2021 issued notice to the both the parties for hearing of the matter. On 24.12.2021 at about 11 A.M. all the parties appeared before the Court of the learned Tahasildar, Darpan and the Tahasildar, Darpan after hearing of all of the parties issued notice for demarcation of the land in question vide
// 2 // letter No.5156 dated 24.12.2021 and the date was fixed to 28.12.2021 for demarcation.
Copy of the letter No.5021 dated 17.12.2021 & Demarcation Notice dated 24.12.2021 is annexed herewith as Annexure-A & B respectively.

That, it is humbly submitted that the demarcation work of the land in question has been made successful in presence of police personnel, Revenue Inspector and witnesses and both parties are agreed upon the demarcated land and as a proof they signed on the demarcation report submitted by the Amin of this office on 28.12.2021. Copy of the demarcation report dated 28.12.2021 is annexed herewith as Annexure-C." 5.
In view of such averments made in the affidavit, it appears that the order passed by this Court has already been complied with.

Accordingly, the CONTC is dropped.

As restrictions due to resurgence of COVID-19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a printout of the order available in the High Court's website, at par with certified copy, subject to attestation by the concerned Advocate in the manner prescribed vide Court's Notice No.4587 dated 25th March, 2020 modified by Notice No.4798 dated 15th April, 2021, and Court's Office Order circulated vide Memo Nos.514 and 515 dated 7th January, 2022.
