Heard Mr. A.B. Parida, learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.

In this case, petitioner has prayed for a direction to the Commissioner of Endowment, Odisha, Bhubaneswar (Opposite Party) to dispose of O.A. No. 103 of 2011 filed for grant of No Objection Certificate under Section-19 (A) of the O.H.R.E. Act, 1951.

Considering the innocuous nature of the prayer made, this Court directs the Opposite Party to make all endeavour to dispose of the above noted case within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order in accordance with law, if there is no other impediments.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. 5.
