1. Mr. Mishra, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and Order No.

submits, his client seeks relief of compensation on his house having been damaged due to super cyclone "FANI". To that effect his client made representation dated 4th May, 2021 (annexure-7) to opposite party no.4.

Mr. Panda, learned advocate, Additional Government Advocate appears on behalf of State and submits, the representation will be duly considered.

Opposite party no.4 is directed to consider and dispose of the representation dated 4th May, 2021, copy of which is at annexure-7. Petitioner will present the representation along with copy of this order to said

// 2 // opposite party, for consideration. Said opposite party will consider petitioner's claim for compensation and inform him in regard thereto within three weeks of communication.
